Is it possible to get justice against dirty Moors?
Exactly one year ago today, Jamhal Talib Abdullah Bey – founder of the Rise of the Moors organization – made a livestreamed video in which he falsely accused me of slander among other things. Seemingly encouraged by his wife, Julisa Amurra Adonay El, he rashly asserted that I “called him an agent” – a claim that he has never substantiated with proof. Perplexed by this bold-faced lie, I waited a couple days to see if they would be honorable enough to retract their false statements. On December 21, 2022, I published my official response to their slander – giving them the opportunity to either prove their claims or apologize in the same manner of their unjust deed.
Reading is fundamental. Nipping this one in the bud. I’m too busy assisting active #Moors with their State governments to invest another week writing another detailed article correcting such comical oversight. @official_riseofthemoors in the event you see the error in your false accusations, please keep the same energy when apologizing in your next livestream or simply show the proof you have of me calling you an agent. Lastly, I’d advise you to avoid the path that your friend Kudjo tumbled down. Instead, consider galvanizing the Moors to return so quorum can be met and business conducted. Let’s see what real men do.

Additionally, I warned them not to walk down the path [of self-destruction] that their [former] good friend Kudjo Adwo El of Canaanland Moors tumbled down. Kudjo, who made a series of false accusations against me after I exposed his misconducts when he slandered AMPAC in an unprovoked rant, received a rather stern a§§ whooping just a few months prior to Jamhal and Julisa’s false accusations. Subsequently, he lost his primary Instagram account and was temporarily banned from posting videos on his main YouTube channel. Considering that it was not my intention to bring any harm to these two partners in crime, I chose to exercise restraint by not thrashing them as vigorously as I did to Kudjo.
The only thing that would surprise me is if a Moor would do right.
Prophet Noble Drew Ali
Despite being given a chance to do right, they neither proved their claims nor apologized. Instead, they chose to run away from accountability by blocking me on Instagram and Facebook – remaining silent about the matter for almost an entire year while my calls for justice fell on deaf ears.
But how did this all started?
On August 13, 2022, a series of explosive allegations sent shockwaves throughout the Moorish community after a video was uploaded to YouTube by Enforce the Constitution. This video featured the testimony of Quinn Khabir El, one of the 11 Moors arrested at Wakefield, Massachusetts. Quinn recounted that fateful day and the events leading up to it. Members of the Moorish community were quick to call Jamhal an agent – a sentiment that spread like wildfire among many who have been suspicious about his antics for years.
About three weeks later, as the allegations mounted without any rebuttal from Jamhal, I decided to write a news article[1] reporting said allegations, expressing my concerns, and allowing my readers (less than 35 at the time) to decide for themselves. Little did I imagine that both Jamhal and Julisa would later break their silence to falsely accuse me of slander instead of addressing the allegations directly. Which raises important questions about their true motives: Why did they choose to only attack me? Why have they remained silent when other Moors actually called Jamhal an agent?
[1] It should be noted that I used a unique writing style, prevalent in mystery docuseries, which I was studying at the time.
If your Brother does something wrong to you, don’t call him a “nigger.” Call him a dirty Moor.
Prophet Noble Drew Ali
In the 11 months following their willful avoidance of accountability, I’ve publicly called out their cowardice, dishonesty, and lack of integrity on numerous occasions – sometimes with a bit of humor to point out the ridiculous nature of their comical violation of Act 3. Considering that they were both heads of the Internal Review Board (IRB) of the Interim-Special Committee (ISC), and subsequently in charge of holding other Moors accountable (for a filing fee of $170 USD), I found their unwillingness to be held accountable appalling, hypocritical and all the more reason to make an example out of them.
Bro. J. Blakely Bey attested that Prophet Noble Drew Ali said, “Don’t put the European on your brother.” Adhering to this instruction, I chose to not file a defamation lawsuit against Jamhal and Julisa – a fact that I reiterated in my response to Jamhal’s letter during a recent mediation. However, the maxim of “lex talionis” (law of retaliation or retributive justice) dictates that a punishment shall resemble the offense committed in kind and degree. Thus, my demand that both accusers apologize verbally in a livestreamed video on the same YouTube channel remained firm, especially since they could not prove their claims.
How did this mediation come about?
Sometime in October, it came to my attention that Jamhal was trying to “restart” the ISC and was heard asking Moors “who’s interested?” Considering that he had not yet contacted ISC Secretary Njambi El as instructed in my MCC article that he read when falsely accusing me of slander, the only logical conclusion that could be made is that he intended to restart the ISC without her.
[S/N: It would appear that he’s been intentionally avoiding her for some reason unknown to this author. Perhaps it’s due to some internal conflict within ROTM or some lies he was fed again.]
As a result of his attempts to restart the ISC without contacting Secretary Njambi, I notified all members of the body – including the Grand Committee Heads (GCH) – that any such attempts by him or anyone else is an act of usurpation. My statement, visible in the screenshot above, was misread and later misquoted by Julisa (once again) as she definitively declared that I claimed, “Jamhal and [her] are trying to usurp the ISC”. This pattern of emotional ranting was evident in the pair since they resurfaced in the ISC and GCH groups espousing what they “believe” we – as a body – should be doing to resurrect the ISC. Completely disregarding everything that was decided between July 3rd and November 19th, 2021.
Nevertheless, I stood firmly on my square and later corrected their misconceptions in a video about the ISC charter. At the time of their shenanigans in the ISC chat, however, I had made it clear to DeVonte – the only ISC member other than Secretary Njambi who tried to resolve the matter – that I don’t mind working with them, but they’ll have to either prove their claims or apologize in a YouTube livestream. When it was brought to my attention that they likely wouldn’t apologize without verbally speaking to me, I chose to meet them halfway and suggested that they express their questions and concerns in writing – appending all evidence they have – and I’ll respond verbatim within 48 hours.
This method was primarily meant to avoid any arguments that were certain to happen if we spoke without a sincere apology being made prior. Additionally, I suggested that DeVonte and Secretary Njambi act as mediators. Upon receiving Jamhal’s 6-page letter, I promptly got to work addressing his concerns verbatim as I agreed to do. Attentive to every word, I researched every claim he made, every source he cited, provided documentary evidence in rebuttal, and was able to finish my 20-page response letter within 24 hours with plenty of time to spare for closing statements and several grammar checks.
I am almost certain that Jamhal, in his arrogance (which was plain to see in his letter), refused to even read my response letter addressing his concerns. I am 100% certain, however, that Julisa did not read it even though she is one of the parties of the mediation. Nevertheless, neither one of my accusers could prove their bogus claim that I “called Jamhal an agent.” Thus, as a matter of principle and the maxim of lex talionis, they were expected to verbally apologize to me in a livestream video on the same YouTube channel which they falsely accused me of slander. An act that was necessary to repair my damaged reputation.
To make a long story short, DeVonte initially decided that “there is no need for a public apology on either side OR there is one on both” – a position which I addressed in my Mediation Decision Response letter. Secretary Njambi, however, decided that the apology must be made public in the same manner the wrong was done. Despite this, Jamhal decided to issue a written apology – addressed to someone named Hakim (not me) – in the Community section of his YouTube channel. Said apology was being touted by Julisa as an official apology to me which I firmly reject. Their attempt to avoid getting on camera to do right has not gone unnoticed.
Nevertheless, being an upright, independent and fearless Moor with integrity, honor and a willingness to be held accountable, I did everything that was required of me by issuing a sincere public apology in writing for the alleged “lack of empathy” in my article about the Wakefield standoff incident on July 3rd, 2021 as well as updating said article to clearly pose the question of “is Jamhal an agent?“ No cutting corners, no taking advantage of loopholes, no running away. Just a Moor doing right.
In recent weeks, it’s been observed that the inadequate apology that Jamhal posted in the community section has been removed. Meanwhile, the slanderous video is still available for all to see and no verbal apology has been posted by them to date. Additionally, neither of them have attended the two Grand Committee Heads meetings held so far. Although some may make excuses for them by saying they recently had a baby, it should be noted that the ISC charter provides measures for members to be counted as present and cast votes during meetings even if they don’t participate.
One such measure is that they can attend via phone (i.e. present on a phone call with any attendee) even if they’re not fully participating in the meeting. Also, they can write an affidavit essentially granting a power of attorney to any attendee so that member can vote on their behalf. With these options readily available, there is no excuse for these Moors to not attend the meetings. Furthermore, the fact that they choose to not utilize these measures to “move forward” as they professed to want is evidence that they have no real intention of resurrecting the ISC unless they get to do what they “believe” we should do – that is repeating the same thing expecting a different result.
Ironically, having a second baby to take care of hasn’t stopped Jamhal from spending plenty of time arguing with people on Instagram about trivial matters. Moors seem to have all the time in the world for drama and tit for tat BS, but no time to attend a meeting and get the work done. Regardless, as I’ve said countless times, the work continues in the form of Moors establishing their state governments.
As expressed in a recent GCH meeting, I’m here to assist all active Moors with my services, regardless of who they are, how they identify and how they feel toward me. My only caveat is that dirty Moors who have wronged me without reconciling are required to pay a Dirty Moor Tax of 50%. In the event that said dirty Moors wish to reconcile, they can contact me anytime to discuss the matter further. Said Moors include, but are not limited to Kudjo Adwo El, Tauheedah Najee-Ullah El, Shaykh Ra Saadi El, Jamhal, Julisa and Mawhub-Mike Abdullah El. As a man of principle, I don’t allow my personal feelings to obstruct unity and progress.
Like Prophet Noble Drew Ali, I love my people and desire their unity. To that end, I’m willing to set aside any personal differences to get the work done for future generations. That doesn’t mean I won’t hold Moors accountable for their violations. Unlike most, I have no fear of public scrutiny nor the red flannels of slanderous Grand Sheiks and their cohorts. If only the Grand Bodies of the various MSTA temples were equally fearless and unbiased enough to do the right thing by holding their Grand Sheiks accountable, this movement would be a lot less divisive and a lot more just. May the five lights guide the Moors out of the shadow of the violators back to honor.
